My OnlyFumes take is simple: Roja Aoud is not a bad fragrance, but it is absolutely not for me. It has quality, it has strength, and it has a very clear rose-oud identity. The problem is the way that identity wears on my skin. Instead of rich luxury, I get funky floral oud with a used-diaper and potpourri effect that I cannot ignore. If you love Nebulous or deep animalic oud, this might hit; if you are blind buying because of the Roja name, be very careful.

How it wears
Performance is not the problem here. I would call this around 8 hours of longevity, with strong sillage and strong early projection before it settles into a heavy scent cloud. Wearability is the issue. This is not gym-safe, not office-safe for most people, and not something I would wear around anyone who did not already know I was testing a serious oud fragrance. For the price, this is a hard no as a blind buy. If you are already an oud lover, if Nebulous-style funk works for you, and if you want a rose-oud fragrance that announces itself, I can see the lane. But for me, the value is not there because I would not reach for it.
