Today we wore Rasasi Hawas Highness, and I want to frame this correctly from the start.

OnlyFumes take

My OnlyFumes take is that Hawas Highness is one of the cleaner and more dressed-up surprises from the Hawas name. It smells polished, fresh, and more expensive than the usual affordable fresh release. I like the citrus and floral direction, and the vetiver-cedar drydown keeps it masculine enough for daily wear. The value is the real win here: if you like that Vibrato-style sparkle, this is a confident recommendation. That puts it at 8.7 for me, with the overall package score also landing at 8.7.

02

How it wears

Today we wore Rasasi Hawas Highness, and I want to frame this correctly from the start. If someone goes into this expecting regular Hawas, they may be confused, because this is not that sweet aquatic bubblegum type of freshness. The opening is the part that immediately explains why people are making the Vibrato comparison. I get a big bright citrus burst first, but the spicy notes underneath give it a fizzy, almost ginger-like sparkle instead of just a simple orange or lemon smell. Close to the skin, Highness becomes softer, cleaner, and a little powdery. The loudest citrus sparkle fades down, and what stays behind is mostly a smooth mix of amber, violet, vetiver, and cedarwood.

03

Skin scent

Close to the skin, Highness becomes softer, cleaner, and a little powdery. The loudest citrus sparkle fades down, and what stays behind is mostly a smooth mix of amber, violet, vetiver, and cedarwood. It has a clean-skin feel, like a polished fresh fragrance sitting close instead of shouting. I actually like the skin scent because it keeps the best part of the fragrance without turning sour or generic. If someone gets close, they are going to smell a clean, fresh, lightly floral woody scent rather than a heavy cologne cloud.
